In 2009 Simon launched his first real estate company in the midst of the ‘Global Financial Crisis’, selling many family homes, new developments, and land packages for some of the biggest residential developers in Queensland. He quickly built a reputation for the quality of his marketing, his extensive network of buyers and the outstanding results he achieves.
